The day begins with a boat trip from Stockholm through the archipelago. On arrival at the island, you will be introduced to the sauna and bathing facilities, followed by a full day of thermal cycles, coastal walks and relaxation. A Swedish lunch is included, and there is time to explore the island at your own pace.
